Jessica graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts (currently known as the Cortiva Institute Boston located in Watertown, MA). She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
She maintains a private practice in Lexington, Massachusetts as well as Southern NH and provides exclusive massage therapy services to the residents of the Huntington at Nashua located in Nashua, New Hampshire. Jessica is a Massage Therapy Consultant for Harvard University Athletics & Sports Medicine and has been called upon by professional athletes that travel to the MetroBoston area.
She has received specialized training in Working with Clients with Cancer and Pregnancy Massage as well as additional advanced professional workshops on Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders, Medical Massage, Orthopedic Massage & Pain Management for Complicated Shoulder Conditions and Elbow, Wrist and Hand Conditions and Myofascial Mobilization of the Rotator Cuff.
Jessica’s training includes Muscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports & Injury-related Tension Massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork (aka “Lazy Man’s Yoga”), Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (barefoot massage), Swedish techniques, Trigger Point Release, Hot Stone Therapy and Thai Foot Massage/Reflexology. She draws from a variety of techniques to provide a customized treatment for each client session.
She is a Professional Active Member of the American Massage Therapy Association and holds licenses to practice in both the Commonwealth of MA & the State of NH. Jessica is also an instructor of Power Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative/Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga & Aerial Fabric Yoga and Conditioning available to group classes and private instruction.
As a Yoga Therapist, she is able to combine both worlds: muscular therapy and yoga to facilitate movement.
