Full payment is required at the time of service.

Payments are accepted as CASH or CHECK. $25.00 Fee incurred for returned checks.

CREDIT CARD Payments may be made for services provided at the LEXINGTON LOCATION ONLY at this time. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express accepted. A credit card processing fee will be added to the total transaction.

Late Cancellation Policy (updated 1/1/08):

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation and rescheduling of appointment. Clients making changes within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment and those who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of scheduled treatment(s).

ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive to the office a least 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any New Client Forms necessary prior to being seen or visit the DOWNLOADABLE FORMS page to print & complete to bring along to your appointment.
